These are some of the most frequently asked questions we get at CHP Cards.
How do you ship?
We ship via USPS first class mail. We will send you an e-mail when we ship. Please allow up to 7 days after the ship date to receive your business cards.
Can I order on-line using a credit card?
Yes. With our secure on-line ordering and credit card processing, you can be assured of maintaining your privacy. And of course, you always have the option of printing the Mail-In order form and mailing it to us if you prefer.
Please explain how you protect my privacy.
The information you provide to us in order to produce your business cards is always kept in the strictest confidence. None of your personal information is stored on our server. You do not even have to give us your home address or phone number as long as you prefer, as many of our customers do, to have your business cards sent to your work location. And we do not use cookies or any other means of identifying or tracking visitors to chpcards.com. Please see our Privacy Statement for full information.
I am retired CHP. Do you have any special cards for me?
We offer two retiree badges and of course, you may combine these with any of the free emblem backgrounds when you order on-line using our secure credit card processing system. You may find the Retiree Order Tips and Sample Cards page helpful in deciding what information you want on your business cards.
Do you have embossed foil emblems for the business cards?
No, we don’t offer any foil emblems. First, the foil would add to the cost of the cards and second, some foil is not as durable as ink.
